Keeps me up to date on Columbus news when Im out of town.

This used to be a very good app years ago and a very handy one too. There used to be no ads at all except for a small banner at the bottom of the screen and the content/news used to be relevant too. Now you have ads clogging up the whole app that show up nearly every other article in the news section and sometimes even pop up when you first open the app as well forcing you to go through the ad just to get to the news. On top of that, news articles are often not relevant anymore, there are less of them, they are not updated very often (only about the first 3 news articles change frequently) and then there are often typos and various other misspelling as if the people writing those articles cant even be bothered to proof read the garbage they are posting. Im. I used to regularly read this app but am not a fan anymore. Mainly only use it for the occasional weather report now but mostly I use the Weather Channel app for that now and use Google Maps for traffic.

This app still isnt optimized for the larger iPhones.

Terrible upgrade took a simple easy to use app into the cluttered world of uselessness. Just purged from all my devices.

The previous version was much more user-friendly. This one definitely is not. Too many ads, for one. And two, almost impossible to get out of an ad once youre stuck in it, At least that has been my experience. Overall no improvement altogether.

Ive used the NBC4i app for years to review the news on weekend mornings along with an app from another local news station. Until this latest update release. This new format attempts to place entirely too much information on a single page; even on an iPad its overwhelming and distracting. The design is reminiscent of some of the worst web pages from the 90s that appeared as if someone threw up snippets of information on to a page. Im sorry, but if I open up a news app I expect to easily view the news headlines for the day. If I want to see weather, Ill navigate to the weather section. If I want to read about sports scores, Ill navigate to a sports section. I dont want to spend my time scanning over multiple categories of information to view the headlines for the day. Ill be unloading this app in favor of the more focused and simplified interface of the app from the other local news station.

I use this app several times a day. The new version as of December 2015 is not as user-friendly as it used to be. Also, the traffic map quality seems to have declined. It was amazing previously. Please revert back to the app as it was!

This app was my main source for local news before the last update. Now there are so many irritating pop-ups that the app is no longer worth having.

After the most recent update, I was hoping that I could start using this app again. Unfortunately not, unless I like being sent directly to an ad every time I open the app; I dont. Please change this in the next update.

I used this app every day now I deleted it. So many things going on with this app. Please bring back the old one.

I am in complete agreement with others; more is not good. In addition, I use this for LOCAL news and maybe for very large, headline national news. Please dont add things like reporting on the couple from Nashville who won the lottery!

This app is nothing but ads! Every time you switch stories an ad pops up for a car dealership. When you scroll down the page an ad opens whether you want it or not! Just give the news, how ridiculous!

The new version of this app is horrible, I can never make it through a news story without the top banner coming down over the text...please go back to the old version. Until then I will just stick to the 10tv news app for my "local" news!

I deleted the app after 5 minutes of use. I banners/ads kept popping up and moving the screen which made it difficult to read an article. It was so frustrating that could only reads few articles before closing and deleting.

New "upgraded" version is dreadful. Tons of pop up ads that make it difficult to get to what you want to see. Way to sell out NBC 4. Very disappointed in you.

The app, alerts and tweets are clogged with non-local news, nip-slips and spam. Look elsewhere.
